We are pleased to announce that we are now carrying a brand new product line from Panther Martin. These environmentally friendly spinners are constructed using durable stainless steel and painted with non-lead paint making them 100% lead free (many commercial spinners use lead in both the alloys used to cast the bodies as well as the paint).

These spinners are labeled salmon lures, however, they are great for any species, freshwater and saltwater, that are prone to strike a spinner. With the weighted stainless steel "Big Belly" body and blade, these spinners can be cast farther and run deeper. The wild vibrations can be felt in your rod tip allowing precise control of blade spin to entice reluctant fish into striking. The "Big Belly" Salmon Spinners come in 5 colors commonly used for salmon fishing and steelhead fishing here in the Pacific Northwest.

Another thing we really like is that they come with an optional single siwash style hook (shown in the image above) in addition to a standard treble hook. We find there are plenty of reasons to keep a few of these in your bag of tricks: simple and effective colors, strong vibration, good weight, siwash hooks, and environmentally friendly. In fact, I've been having success using a size 15 in "Flaming Pink" for winter steelhead here in Oregon.
