We reserve the right to make price changes due to changing market conditions, promotional campaigns, supplier price increases, error corrections, and any other circumstance.
- Ordering

Orders which ship from Green Tackle are processed within 2 business days. An order will not be "accepted" until payment has been recieved. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within 2 business days, a customer service representative will contact you via email.
Orders which ship directly from a manufacturer will still be processed by Green Tackle within 2 business days, however, shipping may be subject to different terms in which case those terms will be clearly outlined on the applicable product's web page.
- Shipping & Handling

Most items which are in stock are shipped from Portland, OR within 2 business days using the USPS service selected during the checkout process. When your order ships, you will recieve an email with a USPS tracking number allowing you to obtain the scheduled delivery date and track your shipment. The date of delivery is dependent upon the USPS service you selected during checkout and the location the package is being shipped to. You can find details about the USPS service you selected, including typical transit times, at the USPS Website.
Select items will ship directly from the manufacturer and will be subject to different terms which will be clearly outlined on the applicable product's web page.
Items which are backordered are subject to delays due to limited supply, manufacturer lead times, and other factors. If your order contains more than one item which is on backorder, you will be notified upon adding that item to your shopping cart and a customer service representative will notify you via email of the status and estimated delivery date via email.

If your order totals $35.00 USD or more, not including tax and shipping, and is being shipped within the lower 48 US states, you are eligible for our free ground shipping. Simply choose "Free Ground Shipping (3-7 days)" in the "Shipping Methods" section at checkout. Our free shipping service has an average delivery time of 3 days to most locations.
* Free shipping does not apply to orders placed through Google Checkout or products shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Items purchased from Green Tackle may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. All returned merchandise must not be opened, must not be damaged, and must be in the original packaging.
We do NOT charge a re-stocking fee for returned items.
Refunds will be credited to original card or account used at time of purchase.
To initiate a return, email the following information to Customer Service:
- The items and quantities you would like to return.
- The reason for the return request.
When we recieve your return request, a customer service representative will contact you. If your return request is approved, you will recieve a return authorization number and the postal address to send the returned item(s) to. Please do not return merchandise without a return authorization number.
Shipping Your Returned Items
- Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Send the package using USPS or UPS ground shipping. Use a service which includes a tracking number and insurance. Green Tackle will not assume liability for lost or damaged shipments.

Shipping From The Manufacturer
When ordering a product that ships directly from the manufacturer, Green Tackle will provide the manufacturer with the information needed to ship the product including the name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number. Your information will not be sold to or shared with other parties and Green Tackle will not provide manufacturers with billing information, credit card numbers, or other sensitive information.
Green Tackle clearly indicates any product that ship from the manufacturer on the product's web page.
Google Checkout
If you place an order on our website you can opt to use Google Checkout, a 3rd party service which safely and securely processes credit card transactions. When you are ready to place your order, you will be re-directed to the Google Checkout website. Using the Google Checkout service is subject to the Google Checkout Privacy Policy.
During the checkout process at Google Checkout, you will have the option of signing up to recieve promotional email from Green Tackle, LLC in which case we will store your email address for the purposes outlined in the section below labeled 'Promotional Email'.
Your contact and order information collected by Google Checkout will be sent back to our website (you can opt out of providing us with your email address) and stored in our database for order management and inventory control. Your credit card or bank account information is NOT sent back to our website and is NOT stored in our database.
Information passing to and from the Google Checkout service and our website is transfererd over a secure, encrypted (128-bit SSL) connection.
Account Registration
If you opt to register for an online account at www.greentackle.com, we ask for personal information which we use to enhance your shopping experience on our website. This information can include your contact information, mailing address, billing address, email address, order history, and preferences. This information is collected for providing you with convenience features and services of our website.

When you send email or other written communication to us, we may retain those communications in order to respond and process your requests and to evaluate and improve our services.
